This is a polymer clay pendant I made out of my handprint, painted with alcohol inks. It is on an adjustable cord so I can hold it and keep from biting my nails. It is great for anxiety, as the tactile sensation helps to calm anxiety. I'm thinking of making them specifically for people, with their own handprints, as I've gotten some positive feedback for the idea.
